I am the proud owner of Lisa’s Pilgrim’s Cross bridle. I held my breath waiting for it to appear on her website having dreamt of having a piece of leathercraft that is such unique, functional art. The bridle exceeded my high expectations, photos can’t convey the immaculate attention to detail, the weight in hand of very high quality leather. The harmonious perfect use of high quality embellishments and hardware is stunning. The reins are so well weighted and strong, a pleasure to ride with.
Lisa takes her art form to the next level, you feel as though you are holding an heirloom piece that has been made with immense talent, fuelled by a passion for aesthetic beauty, perfectly balanced by a deep understanding of the comfort of the horse.
There are tiny details like a Welsh Dragon subtly hidden. The detail in person is too fine to convey in a photo. Since receiving my bridle which winged it’s way across the world quickly, I find myself going back to hold it and stare in wonder. Lisa is so accurate in her assessment of fit, this bridle elevates my horses tack and comfort and stunning visual appeal to an out of this world level. I hope to own many more pieces from Celtic Leatherwork. A piece of pure joy and beauty of a quality to last a lifetime and beyond.
