Decide on Your Customisation
Think about what you’d like! Whether it's a bespoke browband, a unique bridle, or personalised accessories, jot down your ideas, including colour preferences, themes and any specific features you want. Please also ensure you have sufficient funds for custom leatherwork before ordering. My creations are high quality and the prices reflect this.Contact Me
Send me a message through my website, email, or social media. Include all the details you’ve gathered about your custom order. Don't worry if you're not sure about something – I’m here to help!Consultation
Once I receive a message I will contact you to discuss your design further. Please allow time for a response as I get many messages. This is where we figure out a draft idea of what you are looking for, I answer your questions, and help bring your vision to life!Quote & Deposit
Before finalising all aspects of your custom order and beginning the design work, I’ll provide you with a quote. A deposit of 20% will be required to secure your order and begin the crafting process.Crafting Time
Once the deposit is received, I’ll get to work! The crafting time can vary depending on the complexity of your order, so I’ll give you an estimated timeframe. I will provide updates as I go to ensure you are happy!Final Approval
On completion I’ll send you photos of your finished creation. This is your chance to ensure everything is just right! I can alter anything until you are happy!Payment & Delivery
After your final approval, we’ll arrange the final payment. Once that's sorted, your custom leather piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you! Domestic shipping (UK) is free on orders over £100 GBP. Customs charges apply to international shipping. Please note I am currently unable to ship items to countries within the European Union.Enjoy Your Creation

I take on a limited number of custom orders due to their time-consuming nature. After you submit your request, I will review it carefully and determine if I am able to take on the project. Please note that my current waiting list spans several months, so patience is appreciated as I craft each piece with the utmost care and attention to detail. Thank you for your understanding!
I will post updates here, in email newsletters and on my Instagram and Facebook pages when custom orders are open or closed, so please check regularly. Like any shop updates, I will give ample notice before that date arrives.
