My name is Lisa Williams, the owner and founder of Celtic Leatherwork. I am a 100% self taught leather crafter, living in the stunning countryside of South West Wales, UK.
I decided to start leathercraft when I struggled to find any unique horse tack in Celtic, Viking, and medieval styles. Frustrated by the lack of options, I realised that if I wanted something that truly reflected my passion for art, history and craft, I would have to make it myself.
Armed with a few basic tools and an abundance of enthusiasm, I dove headfirst into the world of leatherworking. I’ve always had a love for art, so applying that to leather was a logical step for me!
My main type of leathercraft is focused towards unique, custom horse tack, but I do also offer other creations such as belts, bags, re-enactment gear and keyrings etc.
